3G Mobile is committed to offering a high standard of product to our clients, hence we believe that our products must be supported with service excellence. Sales forecasting plays an integral part when ranging devices in channel.

Our professional and highly experienced team will conduct ranging and forecasting across all major brands. Once a forecast is derived this will be input into 4 – 6-week plan where the designated Key Account Manager would provide feedback on a weekly basis with regards to lead time.

Stockholding will be based on 4/5 week run rates and this will ensure adequate stockholding and sufficient time to replenish stock on fast moving devices.
